Delete your Agate Export account

You can ask us to delete your Agate Export account and personal data. This works for the website and for the Agate Export Wholesale app (Google Play).

How to request deletion

1. Use the form on our website: www.agateexport.com/delete-account, or
2. Send an e-mail to info@agateexport.net from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We send a confirmation e-mail to that address. Reply DELETE and we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login, contact details, addresses, order history, wishlist, cart and push notification token.

What is kept

Only a note that you asked us to stop sending e-mails, so that we never e-mail you again.
