• Your account is the same as on the website. You log in with your username or e-mail and a one-time code, or with your password. Wholesale prices and your orders are shown only when you are logged in.
• Push notifications: if you allow notifications, the app sends a device token (a random code created by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) to our server and links it to your customer account. We use it only to send you messages about your orders, new products and offers. You can switch notifications off at any time in your phone settings. To have the token removed from our system, contact us.
• App lock: the app can ask for your fingerprint, face or phone PIN when you open it. This check is done by your phone. We do not receive or store your fingerprint, face or PIN.
• Files: the app reads a photo or file only when you choose to upload one.
• The app does not request access to your location, contacts or microphone.

Cookies and measurement: the cookie banner of the website also appears in the app. Statistics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta) run only after you tap Accept, and they never contain your name, e-mail, phone number or order details.

Who receives data: Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers the push messages for us. We do not sell your data.

Your choices: uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone. To delete your account and your push token from our system, use www.agateexport.com/delete-account or write to info@agateexport.net.
